Last night's workout after work was a short ride 'round the block'. Shave about 14 seconds off the ride. Only 14 seconds but at least it was quicker! :-) Got to the point of dry reaching as I was pushing myself.

I do feel there's a point where simply pushing yourself harder and harder pays less dividends and smarter training is needed.

Tonight's workout will be two hours of indoor bouldering. This week is going to be hard for workouts, the temperature is getting warmish...

Thanks, it's a bit of an oddity. Most retro cruisers like this are 26" this one is 27.5 (650b to the rest of the world). It really does take bike riding back to how I remember it as a kid. Just a blast to ride.

Two days ago was an easy 9k on the erg, yesterday was 3 x 20 and 2 x 25 pushups in the morning and 3 x 2k repeats on the erg in the evening. This evening was kettlebells (2 x one handed swings (20 per side), long cycle press (10 per side), and snatch (15 per side) and then 2 x halos (10 each way), high pulls (20), and curls (15 per side).

This evening after work I did a short run at the track. Windy, wet, and cold. The upside was that I had the whole place to my self.

Well, tonight was The Club ( https://www.facebook.com/aboulderingclub ) which is extremely humble in comparison to climbing gyms overseas, but hey, this is little tiny Adelaide, the fifth most liveable city in the world; not some high fulutin place...

Repeated tries at a V4 roof problem, then consoling myself with traversing and campussing... (great for the arms - I'm almost plausibly close to a one arm chin up)...

    Just got back into it.

Full body work out for a month or so, 3 day on out of 5, every second day cardio

    Dumbbell lifts, 3x10
    Pull downs, 3x10
    Pec Deck, 3x10
Rear forearm raises with bar, 3x10
    Standing Calf Ext. 3x10
    Leg curl, 3x10
    Leg Ext, 3x10
    Tricep pull downs, 3x10

    Cardio - 10mins runner, 10mins rower.

Should be getting back into it and targeting groups after a month.
