I'm a rider myself but I still thought this was hilarious. This is a common attitude out here that we have to deal with daily.

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but a friend I haven't seen in a while wanted to go for a run, so went out for a nice easy 8k trail run this morning.

I collected my SS from the bike shop last night and decided to do some hills near me this morning and see how the bike performed with the new hoops. The bike feels brilliant and as good as new.

Distance was 20km but with over 500m of ascent.
