I've been really busy lately, doing curls & deadlifts with moving boxes.
Hour and a half walk last night, and I'll probably have time for a weight session tonight. Enjoy your workouts, everyone!

    Finished in 4:55:41.

Weather was perfect, started around 14c, was about 21c at the finish. Little bit of chafing, and overall soreness after, but was happy. I knew I had no idea how my body would react past the 4 hour mark, so I did all I could to fuel, hydrate and roll/stretch beforehand, and it worked out. No bonk at the wall, but I could definitely tell when the glycogen started running out, pushed through and felt strong at the end.

Yes...I made a typo as well....the plates are 45 lbs not kg...so no 45 kg shrugs for me either....hitting the edge at 45lbs...those muscles are not a large muscle group by any means.....
