    Tday was another treadmill session.

    12 x 400m @ 7.5mph
    12 x 200m @ 4.5mph between the above.

    This and my light jog got me at about 8k in 45min

    Tonight I'm off shooting 😃

    39 miles to and from work. Added miles are due to the fact I rode from my house opposed to driving to the trail and then riding.

    The down side to riding the full distance is that there is a big hill that has no shoulder and lots of cars before I get home. If you don't mind them honking or screaming at you - it is a great ride.

    Don't look at a hill as the down side, rather it having a downside which has the upside.. You get to rest momentarily.

    I've been a lazy bugger this week but will join the boys for a ride tomorrow morning before work. I won't repeat my mistake of a couple of weeks ago and will use my CX bike.

    Pushups 20, 20, 10
    Swimmers press 2x20
    Tricep dips 2x10
    Upright rows 2x10
    Supermans 2x10 w/ two second pause
    Heel touches 2x20
    Heel drops 2x10

    A 31km ride before work.
    The pace this morning was relatively pedestrian in comparison to a couple of weeks ago, average of 25kmph.

    Upped weight for straight leg deads, dips and barbell curls

    Back squat 100, 110, 120, 130 x 8
    Straight leg deads 80, 90, 100, 110 x 8
    Leg extensions 40, 50, 60, 70 x 8
    Single leg curls 25, 25, 25, 25, x 8

    Parallel bar dips body weight +15kg x8 x 4
    Skull crushers 35kg x8 x4
    Pushdowns 50, 55, 60, 65 x 8

    Barbell bar curl 40kg x8 x4
    Dumbell hammer curl 15kg x 8 x4
    Dumbell incline curl 15kg x 8 x4

    Made reps for a second time so will up weight next week on pushdowns and hammer curls

    Friday's cardio: 5 mile trail run with 2x1 minute fartleks, 2x2 minute fartleks.

    Saturday's strength training:
    Squat jumps 10
    Jump rope 60 seconds
    No pause step ups 10
    Sude lunges with dumbell 10
    Dumbell squats 10
    Standing calf raises 12
    Russian twists 15
    Burpees 10
