    It's a great watch.
I must admit though that either the Sunnto or the Garmin Fenix will both do the job.

Are you doing this daily, every other day? No rutine whenever you get around to it?

This is my low cardio heavier weight workout that I do on days I do not do cardio. Read a few entries earlier in the thread. I train to compete in Triathlon not to bulk up, so some days I do both moderate cardio and moderate weight, some days heavier weight only (no cardio), and some days heavier cardio no weight.

I do find that if I don't concentrate on weight training that I get too lean with just cardio, to the point of looking gaunt.

I do Cardio FIVE days a week. Sometimes it and weight training overlaps (thus I cut back on both), sometimes they are solo. A day without cardio and heavier weight, a day without weight and heavier cardio.

So if you read back last page and earlier this page in the thread, you see my DUAL workout (cardio and weights), my CARDIO workout only, and my WEIGHT training workout only. This is it. Unless don't feel well but want to do something, like a 10 mile moderate bike ride or a 1 mile run.

I've been training for a long time, for about 20 years, so I have to be careful and keep it a balencing act. Even now that I'm older, if I'm not careful, I can start to bulk up with muscle, or look gaunt, depending on if I go too far either direction on cardio vs weight.

I no longer do full Ironman competition, so my cardio is more on-pace to Olympic distance and perhaps a 1/2 Iron distance, but even that is a bit much for me now. I have a feeling that in another 10 years, I'll only be doing sprint class triathlon. But that's better than nothing.

A strenuous 7-mile paddle up/down the Spokane River. It's sure convenient living only 2 miles from a decent put-in. Notable wildlife seen: a pair of osprey, a pair of loons, and an adult beaver. Here's a pic looking westward:
