    She's a newbie cyclist and doesn't have the skill or confidence to ride or attempt to cross wooden bridges from an angle. So instead of getting off and walking the bridge (4m length x 1m width), she saw me ride across and then attempted to follow my line with hilarious results.

    No damage done except some embarrassment. Fortunately, there were no other witnesses.

    How's you back feeling Firefighter?

    Dead lift 170, 180, 190, 200 kg x 5 @2min
    Standing bent over barbell rows 85 kg x8 x4 @2min
    Bench bent over db rows 45 kg x8 x4 @2min
    Close grip v handle pull down 60 kg x 8 x 4 @1min

    No the greatest workout today. Too much food and not enough movement last week and feel sluggish. Lost grip on last set of deads. Just not my day with straps today. Oh well leaves room for improvement next week.

    Also did a 5.7km run yesterday afternoon at a 5:06 p/km pace.

    I went for a three mile trail run today. There were a couple of big hills on the route to make the short run challenging.

    Weighted situps 3x10
    Kneeling slashers 3x5, each side
    Planks 3x30 seconds
    Back extensions 3x20
    Standing dumbell rows 2x10
    Weighted lunges 5 each side
    Dumbell squats 10

    Straight leg deads 100, 110, 120, 130 x 8 @2min
    Leg extensions 45, 55, 65, 75 (full stack) x 9 @1min
    Single leg curls 32.5, 32.5, 32.5, 32.5 x 8 @1min

    Parallel bar dips body weight +25kg x8 x 4 @2min
    Skull crushers 40kg x8 x4 @1min
    Pushdowns 60, 65, 70, 75(stack) x 9 @1min

    Barbell bar curl 42.5kg x8 x4 @2min
    Dumbell incline curl 17.5kg x 8 x4 @1min
    Dumbell hammer curl 20kg x 8 x 4 @1min

    Made reps on squats and dips this week. Missed on leg curls. Didn't read before starting so will need to wait for next week to up reps on dips.
