Decided to go back to work awhile back... on my feet for 8hrs, walk a little over 5miles a night and stock, who knows how many lbs. enough for me.

My workout for today was run to the track for some laps then back home. I think it was around three miles. Yesterday's lunges and squats were definitely being felt.

Upped weight for flat bench and shoulder presses
Db bench press 35, 40, 45, 50kg x8 @2min
Db incline press 40kg x8 x4 @2min
Db decline press 37.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Db flyes 22.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Shoulder press 65kg x8 x4 @2min
Front lat raise 20kg x8 x4 @2min
Side lat raise 20kg x8 x4 @2min
Bent forward db reverse flyes 17.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Barbell shrugs 170kg x8 x4 @1min
Made reps on decline presses....just. Probably due to increased weight for flat and incline presses last couple weeks so will hold off upping weight at least another week.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

Went out with the girlfriend for a ride this morning which was abruptly cut short when she fell off a wooden bridge into a river I had already crossed.
Needless to say, we cycled then straight home and ended up with 13km.Tony
