I've entered a couple of longish trail runs.
May 2017 - a 2 day stage trail running race with day 1 of 20km and day 2 of 16km)
    Sept 2017 - a 24km run called 4 Peaks.

So some training will probably be in the 25-30km region. So if I can remain injury free and some semblance of fitness, I might do some longer trail runs.

    No idea.
But to be honest, it doesn't make any difference to me as I've never run it before.

    Dead lift 170, 180, 190, 200 kg x 5 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 85 kg x8 x4 @2min
Bench bent over db rows 45 kg x8 x4 @2min
    Close grip v handle pull down 60 kg x 8 x 4 @1min

Managed to keep a grip today and made reps again for deadlift. Was a crap day for working out though. Half way through temp was 41c outside so considerably hotter in the fibro tin roof shed. Fan was like a hot wind. Still a good workout so I prefer that to the crappie one last week.
