Db bench press 35, 40, 45, 50kg x8 @2min
Db incline press 40kg x8 x4 @2min
Db decline press 40kg x8 x4 @2min
Db flyes 22.5kg x8 x4 @2min
Shoulder press 65kg x8 x4 @2min
Front lat raise 20kg x8 x4 @2min
Side lat raise 20kg x8 x4 @2min
Bent forward db reverse flyes 17.5kg x8 x4 @2min

I took it fairly easy tonight with the leg routine.
Dumbell squats 2x10
Forward lunges 2x8
Rear lunges 8
Bridges 30 seconds, then single leg 15 seconds each
Crunches 2x30
Single leg balance 2x30 seconds, each side
Standing calf raises 2x12
Squat jumps 2x10

Last night's cardio: 2.5 trail run on a mulch trail. I ran inbthe dark but could see enough not to need to turn on my headlamp.
Tonight's strength training:
Pushups 20
Dumbell presses 10
Swimmer's presses 10
Tricep bench dips 12
Bicycles 20, each side
Superman's 12 w/two second hold
Front/side raises 5 (I upped weight and couldn't do the full 10)
Weighted situps 15
Kneeling slashers 8, each side
Plank 45 seconds
Mr. Spectaculars 10

Single leg curls 32.5, 32.5, 32.5, 32.5 x 8 @1min
Parallel bar dips body weight +25kg x9 x 4 @2min
Skull crushers 40kg x8 x4 @1min
Pushdowns 60, 65, 70, 75(stack) x 9 @1min
Ez bar curl 42.5kg x8 x4 @2min

Did it again. Launched into the workout without reading my notes so no upping squat reps. Made reps on squats, leg curls, skull crushers and Ez bar curls this week. Will wait another week on upping curls and skull crushers as my left shoulder and right wrist are causing issues still but will up reps on squats hopefully.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed
