    Upped weight for squats

    Back squat 100, 110, 120, 130 x 8
    Straight leg deads 70, 80, 90, 100 x 8
    Leg extensions 40, 50, 60, 70 x 8
    Single leg curls 25, 25, 25, 25, x 8

    Parallel bar dips body weight +10kg x8 x 4
    Skull crushers 35kg x8 x4
    Pushdowns 50, 55, 60, 65 x 8

    Barbell bar curl 37.5kg x8 x4
    Dumbell hammer curl 15kg x 8 x4
    Dumbell incline curl 15kg x 8 x4

    Made reps on straight leg deads, dips and barbell curls for a second time so will up weight next week. Made reps on pushdowns and hammer curls this week also.

    Going to the Parkrun tomorrow morning and then have entered a downhill MTB race that a mate is putting on over the weekend. Tomorrow will be the practice runs and then on Sunday the actual race.

    I don't have a downhill bike so will use my Trail/Enduro bike and I've hauled out my elbow & knee/shin pads.

    Going to be interesting.

    Parkrun's are fun and gives a lot of none runners an opportunity to get out and socialise and possible even start running.

    The closest one to me is just over 1km away.

    They are spread throughout the world and it's pretty easy to start your own. Countries

    Just as a ref. I have let my mate dave know im tabbing home over a 60mph busy road and i have a torch. I will check in when home.

    Woohoo home. It was hairy....

    I stopped to pet a horse. Talked to hottie who was randomly out at 2am. Stopped to look at the stars and had a seat.

    Apologies for posting my plight in here but it was first to open in my app and i figured if i became squish it would have been seen.
