    Just got back from a 7km run with the girlfriend.

    I can forsee that I'll be walking funny tomorrow and Tuesday. [emoji23]

    Db bench press 27.5, 32.5, 37.5, 42.5kg x8
    Db incline press 32.5kg x8 x4
    Db decline press 32.5kg x8 x4
    Db flyes 17.5kg x8 x4

    Shoulder press 52.5kg x8 x4
    Front lat raise 15kg x8 x4
    Side lat raise 15kg x8 x4
    Bent forward db reverse flyes 12.5kg x8 x4
    Barbell shrugs 140kg x8 x4

    Went for a 20k ride today. Unfortunately no beautiful Scottish hills as im back home in the low parts 😞, however i did learn I can make it to the train station in 26 min. I plan to commute by bike a couple of days a week and leave the car.

    Also trying to master the overhand pullup. 😂 so got in some negatives.

    Greate start, bdy fat seems to play a role in how many you can do. And when your coming, do not completely lock out your elbos, or it will be pretty hard to do more.

    Yeah im a tubby 😜 im carrying maybe 6 or 8 kilo too heavy. Working on the flubber with a combination of cycling, running and swimming.
