Just got back from a 7km run with the girlfriend.
I can forsee that I'll be walking funny tomorrow and Tuesday. [emoji23]

Thanked: 227Went for a 20k ride today. Unfortunately no beautiful Scottish hills as im back home in the low parts 😞, however i did learn I can make it to the train station in 26 min. I plan to commute by bike a couple of days a week and leave the car.
Also trying to master the overhand pullup. 😂 so got in some negatives.
