    A 30km ride before work.
Bloody hell it was cold out on the road. My feet were frozen by the time I got home.
Temperature reading in my car on the way to work was -1C

Pretty much back to normal today. Back to deads from the floor but dropped back 10kg as with the weeks break and restricted workout since felt I was slightly behind where I was.

    Dead lift 150, 160, 170, 180, x 5
Standing bent over barbell rows 72.5 x8 x4
Bench bent over db rows 35 x8 x4
Wide grip pull down 50 x 8 x4 done at double speed(sets not reps)

Just made reps on deads so hopefully only a couple weeks before I get back to where I was. At least my back is going better so hopefully will be fully ok again soon.

Was away for a mtb weekend with some mates.

We did a 60km MTB race on Saturday and then a 9km run this morning. A great weekend spent in the bushveld.
