I've happened to tear some muscles in the lower right side of my back, so after a quick visit to the doctor to confirm it, I have to take it easy with my workouts for a bit. Stubborn me, I left the clinic and went to the gym.

Just been told I have 12 months to train for a city to city ride. I better get my knee to come good (which it will of course), because I want to train hard so I can ride easy.

Have been slacking off this last week, Half marathon training doesn't start till next month, and my calf is acting up again, but still grinding out Monday/Wednesday/Friday workouts, took the weekend off though.

I'm still taking it easy on the back, so I tried to leave it out of my workout. Also had to get a therapeutic massage yesterday, it feels quite a bit better.
