Sounds likeca week off sometime before the Marathon will do you some good, I know, I know a few days off and you fell like a failure. But better to feel like one than be one when it counts.

That might be an overnight stop and a ride back, or getting to a train the same day...Or stop over at a hostel and find a train the next day. They might also have transport for the return organised. I really don't know the particulars at this stage.

    That's not too bad.

Given the length of time to train, you shouldn't have even worked up a sweat by the time you get there

Have to sort this knee thing out first Tony. It's still playing up. I'm even thinking I might have to get it checked out by a real live doctor. Now that's a rare thing for me. You're right though. I should be able to do the distance in my sleep just about. Training for it will just make it so much easier though.

15.25 mile (24.5 km) ride on The Codger. My standard pre-dawn rip down to Tarpon Springs. Not much traffic this time of day so I was just cruisin' and listening to David Bowie (Let's Dance, etc.) along the way. Nice ride. Now off for a shower and shave then I'm on my way to work. Have a great Friday and a better weekend fellas.

When I signed up for Movember I also indicated that I'll be doing the exercise regime for 30 days, so I've been saving my energy this week for the month ahead.
