Thanked: 983I'm not 100% positive, but I believe it's about 120kms one way. The ride is only one way, but I have to get back somehow. That might be an overnight stop and a ride back, or getting to a train the same day...Or stop over at a hostel and find a train the next day. They might also have transport for the return organised. I really don't know the particulars at this stage.

Have to sort this knee thing out first Tony. It's still playing up. I'm even thinking I might have to get it checked out by a real live doctor. Now that's a rare thing for me. You're right though. I should be able to do the distance in my sleep just about. Training for it will just make it so much easier though.

Thanked: 118515.25 mile (24.5 km) ride on The Codger. My standard pre-dawn rip down to Tarpon Springs. Not much traffic this time of day so I was just cruisin' and listening to David Bowie (Let's Dance, etc.) along the way. Nice ride. Now off for a shower and shave then I'm on my way to work. Have a great Friday and a better weekend fellas.

When I signed up for Movember I also indicated that I'll be doing the exercise regime for 30 days, so I've been saving my energy this week for the month ahead.
