Thanked: 485That right there is what this thread is all about. When I created this back in 2013 I did so as a means for us all to motivate each other, and that there is very motivational. I myself am a bit of an on again off again smoker, although I haven't had more than maybe 1 a month for ages. However, even though I don't drink a LOT, if i had to give up drinking completely I'd find that really hard. Keep at it, you're really making great progress..

Thanked: 1185Well my PT regimen hit and unexpected snag on Sunday. I was hit by a car just a few minutes into my Sunday bike ride. I destroyed the hood of the car and went airborne over the roof and landed in a heap in the middle of the street. No serious injuries though just a broken tibia. So it will be a while before my next ride/run. I'm in the hospital at the moment. Needless to say I was sore as a boil this morning
