This morning's workout wasn't overly strenuous, but was a nice change up from the marathon program. No great distance, just hill sprint up, slip and slide down. There were some odd looks from commuters at 200 adults doing pushups and situps on the sidewalk waiting in line for a slip n slide.

A 35km ride this morning on my trail bike.
It was a complete battle as the rear shock wouldn't hold any air. After getting home I took it off and the took it to my mate who owns a bike shop. 40 minutes later it was a good as new. He replaced all the air seals which were perished due to age.Tony

my workout today was to forge 3 razors. Then I forge welded a san mai billet together, and to end I cold forged a 'monster' razor from an oversize wootz bar. Usually, forging is done around welding temperature because the steel is much more ductile at that temperature. Forging wootz should be done at critical temperature oth, to preserve the wootz carbides. This is a much lower temperature and the steel moves barely at all. I use a 3.5 pound hammer.
In the end my underarms and shoulders got a good workout, and my tshirt was just soaking wetTil shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Visiting family out of town and the subdivision is on a bike trail that connects in to other trails. Got up early and rode 35 miles before the temps hit 92 degrees.

I've been at it, just haven't been posting. I've been alternating between 7k rows on the erg and the recommended routine on /r/bodyweightfitness. Gotta love having the time for daily workouts.
