No working out this week as on holidays this week to look after son while on school break so lots of dad and son activity time.

Did do indoor rock climbing today. Was good to see young guys half my age having more trouble on easier walls. Nice to know I'm not old and lost it completely yet.

Had a blast at Sinister 7 ultra relay over the weekend, the Crowsnest Pass area is gorgeous. Completed my 30k leg in 3:39:00, finishing at 11:30pm, our team finished the 160km in 22:48:55. Taking a couple days to rest up before getting back at marathon training.

You're definitely right about that Crowsnest Pass region. Hope the weather was cooperative out there for you. (It can get kinda' breezy in the Pass!)

The weather was typical Alberta, sun/cloud/wind/rain every 15 minutes. It threatened to rain during my leg, then cleared off and I had clear skies for my run, made for a nice sunset, and starry sky.
