No I think I would just use my bike as a club and knock one of those lycra dudes off of their bike and ride away on that....

A real man wouldn't be worried about his manhood, it should be manly enough to look out for itself.
Those road bikes have tiny pedals to suit shoes with cleats, they are a bit hard to ride without the correct cleat shoes.

That's a bit much, you only need to rip his feet off, and tape them to the bottom of yours. The whole legs would weigh you down too much

Well lets just hope the bugger I clock has the same size shoe as me then. It would save me a whole heap of mess and trouble...

He would also need to be the same height as you, those racers are pretty heavily tuned to the user, if his legs were longer than yours you would still need his feet, and maybe part of his lower legs.

Nope, I carry all the tools required to adjust seats/handlebars etc. in my own bikes toolbag...And I'm an adept at setting up a bike for best personal use. .

In that case just swap the pedals then. Remember that the left hand pedal is reverse threaded.

I'd cross thread 'em just to be annoying. Oh wait! Their my pedals I'm sticking on the other blokes cranks. Oh but wait again. The spindle on my pedals is steel and the other blokes cranks are most likely some space age million dollar a pop alloy. Yep. I'll cross thread 'em.

Militia... I guess I could be your medic.
    Not much into shooting things.

And that other thing... what was it it?
Oh yeh - exercise or something.

Was discussing body weight exercise with a friend the other day and chatting about how burpees (including a full press-up) tend to cover just about everything. Core, arms, legs, some aerobic if you push the speed and reps.
He suggested a nasty addition that he has seen...

    Dumb-bell burpees.
Holding 2 dumb-bells (am using 7.5kg at present)
Drop, burpee out, press-up, burpee back in, stand up then shoulder press straight over-head.
    20 is surprisingly hard work!
trying for 10, 30 oblique crunches and then another 10 (allows to me to keep my form a bit tidier)

like this but doing a press-up in the burpee too

Don't do anything you wouldn't want to explain to the paramedics!

Check out the Spartacus workout, apparently you can find it on the web, it is all done with 2 dumbbells, and you. That exercise is from the version I used to do.
