Did a half of my usual workout on Saturday. 4km instead of 8 and very little time on the board...Well very little time propelling myself on the board. Instead I found a nice hill with a leaf and stick strewn bike path on it with a couple of corners. After walking up and kicking off the larger sticks, I skated down to the bottom, walked back to the top and skated down to the bottom, before repeating the cycle another half a dozen times.

On Sunday I undid all the good exercise by having a second serving of my birthday cheesecake (My two favourite treats mixed into one Cheesecake and Turkish delight). Tomorrows planned session on the bike probably still won't make up for that little sin, but at least it's only once a year .

I check the birthdays almost every day and yours didn't show up, so now I have to wish you a belated happy birthday.

Terrible run today. Stinking hot (in Gladstone). Planned 21k. Jogged a very slow 14k & conked out. Walked the last 7k. Took 3hr total.
