As far as my training, it's a community called the November Project. It's a free fitness group in 19 cities across the continient. Give it a Google, it's pretty neat.
I read about this November project in the paper today. Sounds cool!

I went out for a cleanup day at a new archery club I joined. Walked the course while doing some work. Not near as much as many of you are doing but a workout for me. A good way for me to make exercise fun.

The lower body was the focus for today. The warm-up was 5 min. on the exercise bike, 3 laps around the track, and some light calisthenics. The main routine was squat jumps, side lunges with weight, single-leg presses, heel touches, burpies, and balance ball squats. My arms and chest were sore from Tuesday so I only finished one of two sets of burpies. Cool down was another 5 min. on the bike and stretches.

Yeah, my legs were like jelly. I didn't complete all of the reps on the lunges and was really struggling with the 6 min. jog at the end.

My routine is becoming fairly regular with workouts #1 & 3 being lower body and #2 being upper body. The exercises for each routine vary a little but revolve around a core group like squats and push-ups.
Today was a lower body workout. I wasn't able to do all the reps for the burpies.

Today was the 3rd fullbody workout of the week, and went as follows:
    Chin-ups, 3x10
    Military Press, 3x10
    Chest Fly's, 3x10
    Incline Dumbbell Curls, 3x10
    Front Squats, 3x10
    Stiff Legged Deadlifts, 3x10

Performed these sets as heavy as I could with 10 reps while maintaining good form. I have a bit of a cough going on, and a broken finger, so the workout wasn't the most enjoyable, but I managed to power through it.

Just going to do some cardio today, probably in the form of an elliptical or treadmill, as the weather is not pleasant today. Today is "rest" day for my muscles, as I've been doing 3 full body workouts/week, so I'll capitalize with the cardio. Hit the iron tomorrow again.
