Its been a while since my last post but am essentially back yo doing everything. Following the chiros advice dropped the weights slightly and increased reps/sets.
Doing everything except pullups as a niggling pain in my wrist. For the most part with a decrease in weight reps went right up so am actually lifting more by volume overall. Need to post the new workouts as sure it will start increasing soonMy wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed
