Its been a while since my last post but am essentially back yo doing everything. Following the chiros advice dropped the weights slightly and increased reps/sets.
Doing everything except pullups as a niggling pain in my wrist. For the most part with a decrease in weight reps went right up so am actually lifting more by volume overall. Need to post the new workouts as sure it will start increasing soonMy wife calls me.........Can you just use Ed

Thanked: 0I had a similar experience a while back where I had to drop the weights and focus more on reps because of some shoulder discomfort. It actually worked out well, and I ended up increasing my overall volume too.

Thanked: 0oh...I also made sure to focus on recovery—stretching and using natural supplements from hilma biocare really helped with that. It gave me that extra boost for my joints and overall energy, especially when I started pushing my workouts a bit more. Keep it up, and I'm sure those gains will keep coming.

Fridays workout
Sets are started on the minute. For anyone can be bothered converting 1kg=2.2lb
Back squats 180kg x12 x4 @2min
Straight leg deads 135kg x12 x4 @2min
Leg extensions 75kg x 12 x5 @1min
Single standing leg curls 25kg x12 x5 @1min
Bench dips plus 80kgs x 12 x 4 @1min
Skull crushers 40kg x12 x4 @1min
Pushdowns 75 x 12 x5 @1min
Ez bar curls 50kg x12 x4 @1min
Hammer curls 25kg x12 x4 @1min
Incline curls 17.5kg x12 x4 @1min
Barbell shrugs 180kg x12 x5 @1min
Made reps on leg extensions, pushdowns, hammer curls and shrugs.My wife calls me.........Can you just use Ed

Mondays workout
Db bench press 50kg x10 x4 @ 1min
Db incline press 40kg x12 x4 @1min
Db decline press 40kg x10 x4 @1min
Db flyes 20kg x12 x4 @1min
Seated shoulder press 80kg x12 @1min
Dumbell raises
Bent forward reverse flyes 15kg x12 x4 @1min
Front lat raise 15kg x12 x4 @1min
Side raise 15kg x12 x4 @1min
Deadlifts 180 x5 x 2, 180kg x7 x3 @2min
Standing bent over barbell rows 80kg x12 x4 @1min
Bench bent over db rows 50kg x12 x4 @1min
Wide grip pull down 70kg x12 x4 @1min
Made reps on deads which is great as put third set up to 7 reps this workout.My wife calls me.........Can you just use Ed
