That is simply stunning Andrew.
I presume a Shavemac knot will be fitted.

Dang Andrew, another amazing brush :tu
You sure have the knack to create some very eye catching pieces
Hi guys. It sure takes some time to catch up on here. By the time I get to the bottom of a page, 2, more appear.
Andrew, that brush is really gorgeous.
Hopefully I will be able to make some brushes soon since I finally got me a truck. Three months w/o wheels was about to drive me crazy & that's the longest I have ever gone w/o any since I was a teen. Now I'll be able to go get my lathe I have spoken of many, many times. I made a couple of brushes before out of elk horn using a cheap drill press with forstner bits but they would walk & I know a lathe is the thing to have. My dad left it to me anyway & my brother was going to take it at one time but my sis said no, that it was left to me. I haven't done much lately because I had so much going on but I think I might be able to work some razors in now.
I have this Fred Fenney Buckeye that was needing some scales & because of the beautiful smile, I needed to find some scales that have some curve to them & I came across these old scales. I had to clean the blade up some & so I stopped where it's at but it was pitted & so on but I'm happy with the way it looks now. The scales have a couple of chips in them that need filling in but they'll do for now.

My girlfriend bought me this handmade Tamboti and Yellowwood box this afternoon, so I decided to line it for my Iwasaki.
A special razor needs a special home.

Back to work on my Greaves and sons, was working on getting a bevel then the more I looked at it the less happy I was. So... back to sanding. Back side up to 2k, show side 240 and my fingers started to ache. But it is a start in the right direction.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...248aeb515d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...ca825acdc9.jpg
Ps Andrew that's a kick butt brush!
Gave this, Gulatt Razor Co. a quick going over last nite, and honed it up for tomorrow's shave, tonight.
