Cleaned with acetone then gun blue on a makeup q- tip. After the bluing I used lapping film around a dowel then re-blued then plain brown paper around the dowel.

I made a holder for all my 2" sanding discs. Keeps them seporate, easy to find and I have an arbor for each grit. I just pop out one and change to another without having to remove the discs and store used discs that are still good.

Nice Mike. Did you pick that chopper up on the fleaBay? I bid on a buttload of those and got out bid. I think that could be one of them. There were so many I lost track
