Thread: What are you working on?

I am working on a Wester Bros 'Gun Metal' razor. This is a wartime USA production blade. I have reblued the tang and spine, but the blade's faces have a strange gray hue to it. Even a bit of light buffer won't touch it. I wonder if anyone knows if this model came with the blade fully blued?

Here you are. Best I can do. I cannot show you the scales I put it into instead of the rotton yellow ones it came with.
One of my best (former) razor buddies just told me they were...how did he put it? Tragic! That was his word. Tragic.
