    By the looks of the wedge those scales are a shrinking also. Or did you already say that....Hard to keep up on this thread!

    I'm not going to say what it is yet, you'll have to see what it is when finished. I've been wanting to try this for a while. All I'll say is that I was inspired by a woodworker/woodturner name Kyle Toth.

    I saw one episode where they fo und a strop display with strips in it! I wanted that so bad but thenn I saw the asking price and balloons deflated [emoji25]

    All this Red Imp talk has got me looking at them on eBay and I came across this extreme example of shrunken scales. This is a Case version and the blade actually extends beyond the end of the scales!
