Haven't tried burning G 10 yet, but it should work..
Maybe I can try to make some solid red urethane castings as well. Might be more like the originals from a tactility perspective.

That Torrey looks awesome bejay, great grind.
    Here's another,Mike.

I highlighted it in white wax for ya, and pic is in high definition.

    Sent from the phone.

Here you go Mike. It's the best I could do cleaning up the Hess image. "Otto's Special Wedge No. 200" I have red acrylic to make the scales if the laser works with that material. Was half kidding around and only halfway hoping you'd take the request seriously, that's really cool man.

    Nice pics, thanks gents.
Straight on shots work best for any given image. Keeps the skew at bay.
If you want to make the scales yourself, pm me and I'll send you my addy info. Send me the scales and I'll burn em for you.

That particular font might be a good candidate for my hermes pantograph instead of the laser. Gives very crisp embossments but only in specific fonts.

    Cheers men.
    Happy Friday all.

Just to put it out there before anyone starts to wonder, this is all none charged shareware bartering going on here, not garnering business or anything. Thanks.
Now regarding those images, can I ask for edge to edge measurements on script size as taken off the razor?
Only way I can nail the sizing without having one in my hands.
Pm's are fine or on here.
Team work at its best here gents...

That's very nice of you Mike to do this, actually the kind of barter we don't see much today, but quite a bit on here. That said when I was a kid I hated getting my haircut, but if they had a chair like this one, I want to go every month!

Martin103, I was watching the History Channel show "American Pickers" the other day. They were in Italy and found a barber chair like that. They bought it and shipped it back to the states.

There is a local barber that has a car chair for kids in his shop. The car is on a pole and the kids sit in it. I'm not sure if he's still in business, but he has some neat stuff in his shop.
