If your video card has adjustables try turning up the gamma or contrast and you can see the rust and chips. The buyer can not be happy with this purchase after they see it in hand.

He's probably the type that considers that sort of rust level as "patina". He likely wouldn't call it rust until the offending corrosion had actually eaten chunks off, like the frame of the Buick Park Avenue I paid $250 for over 7 years ago...

A summation based on his seller language about rust: reseller, not a shaver/user.

What really irritates me are these "pickers". There are a couple of shows on cable or there were & I saw it once or twice & just laughed! They go to these old places that have antiques or old farm houses with people that have hoards of old stuff. These "pickers" then buy certain things & they figure what they can get for them.
I have seen some of these people showing up on eBay lately & they think they have struck it rich. They will put a bin price on something that has a lot of hone wear or rust on it & expect gold prices for them!!!!

Definitely a "Not as Described". He goes out of his way to call it everything BUT rust! What does he think happens to metal? That's the only thing (exception: metal fatigue from a lot of bending/stresses) that does happen to metal over time: corrosion! Pitting is still rust. Then... he tries to do some "C.Y.A." by stating multiple times that descriptions are his opinion. That still won't negate the fact that he said it was not rust, multiple times.

About the pics. I'm on my phone, and could still see the chip (& maybe a crack on pic 5). There are also redundant pics that are useless in evaluating the quality of the razor. And the biggest insult of all: he is taking the pics where a brown wood panel wall reflects off the blade, blending out the rust.

    Anything I missed?

No, you didn't miss anything Crawler. One thing that caught my eye was the 48 star flag in the background because I have one.

Maybe it's shave-ready locally and not globally along the edge. /s

This is terrible. I hate when people add "barbers use" to their listings on a straight that isn't even an FBU or does not say anything about barber on it:

Vintage Morris Red Imp 133 Heavy Barbers Use Straight Razor in Case Blade Nicks | eBay

And they want $74.99 bin!!!! It has some nice scales on it though.....................but not for that price!

Report it to ebay for search & browse manipulation.
