or use a strip of plain 'ol magnet adhesive strip, with a piece of card stock between the razor and the magnets , and it won't or it will sightly magnetize

I had it happen once when using a experimental magnetic holder in the bathroom. I demagnitized it by passing the blade through a tool mag/demag as below.

    Thanks magnet intensity :
This is an indication of how strong the magnet is capable of being. Coercive Force (given the symbol Hc, and measured in Oersteds). This is an indication of how difficult it is to demagnetize the magnet. Maximum Energy Product (given the symbol BHmax, and measured in Gauss-Oersteds).

I don't know anyone who displays wealthy or influential businessmen and women on the side of their computer, I imagine this would be in part because most people are larger than computers and partly that they really wouldn't have the time to stand around, however if the person displaying them was a business rival then maybe they could do some industrial espionage whilst being on display.

Dont over think this. Small magnets. Hold less than ten pounds. Cord from USB is 3 feet long. Dont put this rig on top of your laptop and all will be fine. We are not dealing in Gauss or Tesla units here.
Wirm nailed it. form follows function. Simplicity is a thing of beauty into it self. Less moving part less to FUBAR.

So far my eye loupe works just fine & i'm having worse issues with my refrigerator so I'm hoping the compressor isn't going out. It's cooling but it stopped making ice. That's all I'll say because I don't want to hijack this thread. Just keep you fingers crossed for me!

Look in the back where the water comes in. Makes sure no ice block. Turn off ice maker. Microwave wet towel for 5 minutes. Smoking hot place in rear of freezer where water comes in.Allow to thaw. Turn ice maker on. Put hand on bottom of device. It should get hot if power is going to unit. Its what causes cubes to discharge from unit. Hey PM me on this sort of stuff. Threadjackers we are not. Got your back
