I am very tempted to buy one of these simply because my name is Frank.
In all seriousness, I do not own a silvertip brush and am trying to decide between the Frank and the New Forest which is double the price.
At these prices though, I don't see how you could go wrong unless they basically fell apart.

These brushes are available in the states from a small online store.
Star Shaving Supplies
I have purchased from them in the past (not a brush yet) but a strop. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. Check them out. I believe shipping is included in price. They ship from Oklahoma so you can get them in a few days.
Plus the owner Ron Lucas is a very nice gentleman to speak with.

Thanked: 993Based on this thread, and the reviews from Bruce on Shaving, I purchased the short knot silvertip a couple days ago. I think, seriously, for the price...my goodness, this can be your "i take this to the cottage" brush, or the "don't worry honey, this brush won't break our savings" brush. OR....if you were saving for a really expensive brush this is now your "look sweetheart, if I save all the money on this brush, I'll take you out for dinner and when we get home, I'll by the Wacker" brush.
Anyway, all kidding aside. I'm excited to try it.

I bought a Frank Finest about 21/2 months ago and it is certainly as good as my other brushes for much less.

Thanked: 45Bruce are you a vendor for this brush(or have some other type of arrangment) nearly every time I see a discussion for this brush you have a major involment. I am sure you could also spare a brush for the monthly giveaway as at least two are the same with diffrent colour handles also two were free from the manafacture to you.
Ps. Have tried one not a terriable brush cheap handle with a ok knot. Worth the money anyway.
