Actually personal insults are the end of a debate. Your "pumping your boyfriend" comment signaled the end of civilized debate. I'm sure your pastor would be proud of you.

Yes, i do believe in moral absolutes. one of them is "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" but when i met a woman who was a masochist and also held that tenent, i had a dilenma... i'm not a sadist and i do not hit women so i could not apply that rule and she exited quickly and in tears.

the Rabbi down the road tells me that when i meet God, he will not ask me why i did not live the lifeof Moses or Isaiah, but rather why did i not live the life of jim?" Then again he also says, " if you are going to steal, steal a million, God's punishment is the same if you only stole a dollar."
think on that and remember that Christianity (both Catholism and Protestantism) and Islam are just sects of Judaism.

HOW am I a disgrace to my God, my Bible and my Family? You defend the indefensible with strawmen and silly statements. Yes my "pumping your boyfriend" statement was extreme, and yes, I also apologize for the lapse of civility. Please accept my apology. This does NOT make ME a disgrace to my God, my Bible and my Family. I did't call you a moron or an idiot, I was just trying to give you a real world illustration, and I went too far. I am a human being and have never claimed to be perfect. I no longer respond to any other comments at this time.

Oh most definitely politics is evil, but unfortunately it is a necessary one. Effect government relies on compromise and sometimes that leads to very odd bedfollows.
