ouch. Weightlifting is a dangerous activity in more ways than people realize. It is not conducive to long term training at all. I have heard so many testimonials about ripped rotator cuffs, knee surgery, back problems, hernias (myself). I think weight training should be limited to a 90 day regimen, then go on to another program. It's too harsh on the body. Look at boxers and MMA fighters, they have an amazing physique just from plyometrics and calisthenics. If you do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips (or chair dips),and lunges( or squats with body weight), then jump rope for cardio and calves, you just worked all of your core and most of the major muscle groups. Three times a week, just rotate the exercises. That's all you need!! Never forget cardio though. Herschel Walker, the great running back, never lifted a weight in his life. Just push ups and sit ups everyday for training. And sprints for legs. He was huge too.

Depending on my attitude, the weather, and the position of the moon, I'm around 5' 11" ---maybe 6' on a good day and around 200lbs. I'd like to be a healthy 190lbs --- use to lift weights --have some residual muscle from that -- but I can say I lucked out and inherited some pretty good genes . My father is around 70 years old and is still in pretty good shape even with a sedentary life style -- he doesn't take any prescription medicine and doesn't have any real medical problems -- pretty rare around here.
So here it is: (my forum profile)
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 200 lbs
Hair: Long, Dark Brown
Foot size: 91/2
hand size: large
butt: ghetto
eyes: green
beard: medium-heavy
penis length: kickstand
personality: knucklehead
But oh-- yeah -- I could lose a few pounds and get in better shape
