Don't you think it's a bit unethical to help them go through with those bad decisions?

    Her FATHER was with her.

They went into a TATTOO PARLOR, the tattoo parlor did not come to them.

Or should tattoos just be plain old banned?

He doesn't seem to be any smarter.

People hardly think about how those things will look in ten years.
I had a very good customer for hats (back when) who tattooed
and I've seen lots of her stuff. She's even been pretty good at it.
But just regarding style the things were a nightmare to think of ten years down the road or even twenty.

    A profession perhaps?

What do you call someone who has been doing it for 30 years?

BULL**** on it being the artist responsibility!!!!! While I respect Jimmy having his standards, and none of the artists who've done mine would have done a face, that is based on that's artists beilefs and opinions. This artist obviously has no problem with facial tattoos. most importantly HER DAD WAS THERE. And then he left, which showed he didn't care. If I go to a contractor and ask for a bathroom in my kitchen, and he builds it very well, is he at fault for it being a stupid idea? the craftsman, artist, whatever, job is to do the work well.

I really hope this girl goes into the adult film industry, and I'd say she has the intellect for it !
many pornstars are very intelligent and savvy business people. they market a product that is HUGELY popular despite the almost universal denouncing of the industry. many make 6 figures, some 7. So I think while she has the looks for it, and may end up successful, I don't know if she has the intellect of some of the top performers/producer/empire builders.

not to mention the internet, as much as we love it, is killing the industry, companies almost can't afford to produce movies, they don't "sell" much. but that is a whole other thread.

the industry may be comprised of intelligent and talented people

just like a car is complex and fascinating

    but both require fuel

and to make my point in a roundabout manner...
    gasoline isn't very smart.

greatwite, I will give you that the rank and file are just average people working a job. about on par with many of the pro-athletes that we see constantly getting into trouble for stupid things. the jobs that make the most money unfortunately have little to do with intelligence.

and others are naive young girls that don't grasp the significance of what they are doing

who do something that they think is cool without realizing that it will follow them for a very long time

    OMG I'm actually on topic.
