I can't believe that any artist in todays world wouldn't require this. Personally I'd also have before and after shots an pull the security video every time I had an irate customer. But then with the stuff I do for recreation and my business I fully expect that there will come a day when I am sued by someone, and having my ducks in a row as well as being known for doing so is my best defense.

I haven't seen a photo of the tattooer but my co-worker told me that his face is all tattooed up too. Sort of a modern day Maori moko design all over his face. I guess when the girl presented her idea it made sense to him.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Jesus, God Almighty! If I saw that guy coming down the street I dont know if I would cross to the other side or just bust out laughing. Like the silly girl he tatted, I dont think they have any respect for themselves. Im not bashing tatts, but I just have to wonder what was going through his or her mind, if anything.

Thanked: 402Strangely enough you only see them at tattoo conventions and the like.
These guys seem to live pretty isolated.
(But seeing the father of the girl coming down the road would not be pleasant either)

That guy would gag a maggot. If I was the father he wouldn't have a ring or plug left in his face.

As a father I would be very inclined to agree with this statement. The silly little girl is exactly that, silly. IMO this freak took advantage of that. wether it was intentional or not. Some good sense should have been used, and like Jimmy has advocated, the face is a no tat zone.It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain

This is probably prejudice on my part, but I would never get anything done by a guy looking like this. Imo, if you look like that, you have some issues to work out.
With all the plugs, rings, studs, and other assorted hardware through his face, he proves to me that he and I clearly have different ideas about where the line between 'eccentric' and 'freak' is drawn.
I would not trust his judgement because by his looks it is obvious that we measure by different standards. He also mentioned in an interview that the 3 stars was what they'd started with, but the girl kept changing her mind until she settled for this design.
When he put on that tat, he was going beyond stupid.Last edited by Bruno; 06-22-2009 at 04:16 PM.
