You've got to read the other justices too.
    Where can I find them?
They are not on the Supreme Court's website yet; Google just gives me a bunch of news articles with short excerpts.

Roberts' was easy enough to find. I would like to read the rest.

Hide and watch what happens. The Supreme Court is bought and paid for. The Holder thing won't be enforced. The keys to the ballot box are secured. Illegal activity is ignored and rewarded. It really is obvious what is happening. The Tree of Liberty needs feeding. JMHO

Maybe I can't read between the lines well, but it seems like people on both sides think the act does things that, from my understanding, it doesn't do.
    What am I missing?

Why is no one concerned about Chief Justice Roberts' opinion as it relates to taxation as a means to bypass the limitations of the commerce clause?
Why is no one concerned about what will happen when the party opposite of them is in power?

If you haven't done so, and you get a chance, you should read Justice Roberts' opinion. I think a lot of people that are currently doing a "happy dance" might not be so happy any more, and I think those that are sulking will be briefly entertained, but should also be very concerned.
Most of the comments I've read in various places on the internet, regarding the decision have focused on the act (and probably rightfully so) but there are many other things to discuss - things that could potentially have a far bigger impact than an act that, from what I can tell, doesn't do as much as people think it does.
Here's just ONE of the things you might be missing.

OH, it has absolutely nothing to do with health care.

Another thing I find interesting about this whole bag of poop is that if it was never INTENDED to be a tax, then WHY is the IRS ordained to administer it and collect the monies?

That article uses the word "could" a lot. Considering it comes from an opposition source, it stands to reason that "could" may refer to a small fraction of a percentage, or even an unlikely though technically possible scenario.
I would like to see specifics of who / how many people selling homes would be affected.

The supreme court made it very clear that it IS a tax.
I guess Obama lied about that.
    Go figure.

You're a bit behind, perhaps because you're following the wrong sources. Next time you may want to check with the fair and balanced news first:

    No guessing to it.

And you're not going to hear much against the bill from anyone but the opposition.

The Dems were so happy that they "tweeted" then removed the "tweets" directed at anyone not on their bus about the ruling.

John Roberts is a genius. These two Washington Post articles sums it up. In short, Roberts told the Fed that they cannot require the public to participate in anything that the Fed mandates on them via the "Commerce Clause".

Deadpan doesn't work well with written language.

He lied as if he was George Bush the 3rd, or something.
    Better?
