Next up, 5 months of stick trees.
It is much more humid in the winter. We don’t get the same level of cold that most of Canada sees. Winters are typically 4 C misty days, some days have wind and heavier rain, we don’t often get the heavy torrential rain of much hail. It is fairly moist in the temperate rain forest most of the year. Tree pollen from one source or another from May to September.

eBay has finally sent me a link to something I might actually consider from their pages. Of course I’ll be looking all over for this cool accessory now.

Limited to a mere 1200 pcs in 1975. And more expensive than I want to spend, but damn..

Tossing in how my car is going. Motor is all done as the heads finally came back from the shop.
These are Chrysler X-Heads. One of many Hi-Po heads they offered. Lotsa valve there..

As I took the fancy crap off the front, I restored and test-fitted the original brackets and type accessories with a Sanden 508 compressor mount and a Powermaster alternator with all stainless fasteners.

Some .50 longer push rods are prescribed and on the way as I am going from wild solid cam to a moderate Hydraulic one. Lotsa math and measuring on this job.
The distributor is timed and all catalogued and sorted.
Cleaned and flat-blacked the K-member and steering box and have got it installed.

Business is slow now and almost all parts are paid for. Major work can now proceed.

Love the shaved step in that head Tom. Interference fit I presume with the Vv’s?
What kind of compression is it going to see?
Damn that is going to be a beast!

Are the larger valves fully seated all around. I would assume so but from the picture it look like not.

Before I did something silly like pay to much for that MG watch I came across this one, which actually spoke to me a whole bunch more so I made an offer and it’s coming my way.

    Ain’t it kinda unique?
And heck, at least the back comes from Swiss watchmakers, maybe the whole watch does too.

It’s seemingly old, and mechanical, as in wind up, not an auto or quartz watch.
A quirky watch for when I’m driving Noddy. Hell ya.. even matches the spokes on her steering wheel.

Ya the intakes are really close to the surface. Looks strange, Tim, but they work. Hardened valve seats under those.
    Some crazy, large ported/polished chambers.
I have had some which were buzzed a bit as the heads were surfaced. As long as the timing chain don't break it won't matter!
Pistons are total flat tops with valve reliefs, bigs and littles. Might save the motor in case of a disaster.
I am confident it is 10;1. Premium only. Should be good for 400 or so.
Who knows? My math ends in that dept!

I think the equation for that is
    FI x G²= HA
Floor It x Gas squared = Haul Ass
