Not gun specific exactly but I just did a job for a guy named Garand. When he gave me his name I asked him if he was related he said that John C. Garand was his great uncle.
I just thought that was cool for bragging rights.

Oh you will like that, Harold. Cat's meow, CZ! I suppose it has the de-cocker?

Just what I would like, finances permitting.

I did recently receive a pistol I also would not have afforded through an old friend's estate.
Colt Government .380 in stainless. Nice little fella! Proud to have it.

Going to use it some as a winter carry. Have bought a high-ride OWB holster and a pocket holster. A few other accessories.

    HAR!
Yes they are a bit over the top there, Mark. A whole brigade to dig out a few antiques.
Had to call in a specialist just to make them 'safe'!

Thanks Tom. I shot it for the first time today, and did very well. It does have the decocker, but also comes with the parts to convert it to a safety, supposedly with ease. I may eventually do that as I have carried a 3 inch 1911 for the last few years cocked and locked, but for the foreseeable future it will stay as a decocker. It shoots super sweet, even in double action. I afforded it by selling two safe queens and after the CZ still carried $550 home with me!

You'll love that Colt. Must be a really soft shooter in .380, and easy to carry!

First target--all ten yards 2 hands!
