Concerning that: I have a 3 year 13" macbook (the fancy white plastic kind) and I am running Tiger. It does everything my roommates brand new Windows Box does, but without all the glitches and blank screens that mean your computer is dead.

I'm an Apple user too. 13 inch aluminum. Love it. Best computer I've ever had.
I love the smell of shaving cream in the morning!

I use a Mac Book Pro 15 inch and have a Dell with Linux on it:-)

Oh, the one beef I have with macs is the inability to choose how many monitors I want lol, I use multi monitors for working, and sometimes 2 just aint enough.....

I'm a PC!
My wife has an iPod and we have an Airport Express at the house. That's about the extent of my Apple products, though. I did love the IIe and the original Macintosh if that helps.

I got the same MacBook about 5 months ago. It is my first foray into the world of mac after dozens of PCs and thousands of hours with Windows. I have to admit, mac is awesome. Yep I use a Mac as my primary and Ubuntu Linux on my Dell.

I am trying to make the switch over from Mac to ubuntu Linux. Having issues with getting my wireless card working. What a pain, but you really can't beat it! Originally Posted by TheGeek
