No gecko, but a curly tail checking out my John Eells sandblast poker behind the tattoo shop. Years ago I'd smoke out back and set it down when I went back inside. My little friend came up on it and I caught this pic on my phone

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Splendid work Rusen, very professional. I enjoy looking at the development of your work and tastes as a pipe maker. Your photography and presentation also steadily improving. Its fairly clear to me that you love your craft and it reflects in your work. With a bit of luck you may just ascend to world notoriety. I applaud your efforts in a brutally competitive field.

    Enjoy your art!

Thanks to Iz6, I have three samples of rope to try that just arrived in the mail today. Just tried the brown rope and it has a nice taste but probably will let it dry a little next time but have to leave for work and did not have time and could not wait to try it.

No matter how much I like these or not, I want to at least sample each and the pass them on to someone else who would like to try some ropes.

If your interested please let me know and I'll send them off early next week.

The knife in the photo is a little large but worked well with the tip on the ceramic and kind of a paper cutter stroke. Of course, I can't rotate the photo correctly.

Thanks again to Iz6 for the chance to sample these.

Mixed some SG Lakeland Dark with some HH Bold Kentucky and enjoyed a couple of bowls sitting in the backyard pondering
