Got out to the range today with my Wilson Stealth and Castello smooth top Sea Rock 33 with Exclusive. Target is 20 rounds of American Eagle 230 gr FMJ at 10 yards, two handed no support. Good day at the range.

Just finished a very pleasant bowl of 1980's Douwe Egberts House Blend in my restored Ries Blackruf. The tin was sealed and the tobacco was just this side of dry and cut very thin. The blend was all Virginia's and the pre-light draw was sweet with a hint of licorice. It was a mild, cool, slightly sweet smoke with a surprising pleasant slow building up of nicotine which I am still very much feeling as I write this post.

Looks yummy, Dutch tobacco. That company produces a lot of fine "Roll your own" cigarette tobaccos i'm sure you have heard of brands like Drum, Samson, Amphora possibly even Van Nella not sure about the last one though. By the look of the cut, a very fine shag that tin of yours may have doubled as a cigarette tobacco as well. I used to love that stuff. I stay away from the cigs these days.
