After posting last night I got ambitious and harvested. Some left but ran out of room under my garage eaves. I am sure it is not an official way to color cure but it is what I have and it works.

I have used air to cure. I have worked on fermenting and have not had that figured out 100%

I've just bought myself a Peterson Aran 03 from a local tobaconnist.

Nice and lightweight compared to my Reverse Pokers.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

So I picked up this beauty during my little trip to Sarasota Florida couple of days ago. A local pipe maker named Randy Wiley crafted this lovely bulldog labeled Gallean 44. The shop keeper told me that R Wiley still oil cures his Briar like Dunhill used to do before it became too expensive a process. A very nice smoking pipe from day one I can attest to and am very happy with it. has a conical bowl and flakes fold and stuffed just smoke and taste great with this one. If your a fan of Dunhill flake like I am, try the Dark Flake its just fantastic.
    Cheers.
