Thread: Pipe of the Day

My middle daughter’s boyfriend was just in Dublin and brought me back a pipe from the Peterson store there. Green would not have been my choice but Ireland, leprechauns and four leaf clovers I guess it fits. Can’t get the stem off, not sure if it is glued or what. In any case a surprisingly good smoke and very nice thought.

Before anyone says anything about the green EDC X9 it is going back to Wilson to turn all black.

Worked at it a little more and the stem was fit very tightly, the stem is rather delicate and was afraid to break it but I did get it off.

Having another bowl of Bayou Morning in it now. Again, surprising how well this rather inexpensive pipe smokes.

Nice pipe. Nice Redding. I kinda like the green Wilson Combat. If you're sick of it you can send it to the TN mtns and I'll love on it for a while....

Bought the Wilson from a friend on the east coast. I actually saw that exact gun or all the parts for it in a box when I toured the Wilson factory in May. Bought it knowing that I would have it redone. My wife will be ordering one next May and she is shooting in a class in Texas in April, so she will have this one to shoot there.

Have not bought a Redding product that was not fantastic. The riser it is on is so I donut have to lay my head on my bench to check the reading. Highly recommend making one for beam scales.

Maybe hes at sea. Now since your on the subject wheres Jimmy Had, Nose warmer, Nightblade, LZ6, Spacemonkeyjohn and the rest of the usual suspects, probably everyone gave up pipes lol.

Peterson Perfect Plug on whats left of a serene but damn cold New Years Day. Smoking the Radice Rind Canadian and getting a bit of a Nicotine buzz from this stuff. Good full on tobacco I don't get the fruity thing every one says it has but what do I know. Happy New Year everyone.

Tried some Shortcut to Mushrooms and couldn't enjoy it. Took my truck for a spin after refilling trans fluid and figured I'd fire up the pipe. No joy. I think I have a sinus infection now. Truck runs good though.

Like hell I did...never give up the pipe ha ha. I've had a nasty little cough lasting all summer and just recently settling down. Just now setting back in slowly. In fact I'm pulling a double at work and got a cob full of pilots mix next me so there. Plus it's been a busy last year what with two management changes and tons of extra shifts. No time for myself and just too damn busy working and pursuing some endeavors. If things turn out the way I want I will be getting the Denver Sabre Club up and running this year.........so stick that in yer pipe light it tamp it and smoke it ever so gently ha ! Oh and make sure to have a little something to sip on as well gigitty !! Off back to work now !!
