Thanked: 1185After a brief trist with the dog rockets (cigars) I got up bright and early this morning and ordered up a pound of Cornell and Diehl Old Joe Krantz (my all time favorite pipe tobacco.) Most of what I have on hand at the moment is not terribly impressive, thus the allure of cigars. Don't get me wrong, I'll still smoke the occassional cigar because they are very good but I think pipes are perhaps a bit better as a steady diet. So yeah, I'm waiting on the tobacco barge.

Thanked: 1185Kicked Up Prince Albert (KUPA) in a butt ugly no name Rhodesian. Mr. Krantz this way comes. The tobacco barge should be here some time Tuesday afternoon. After that, it's on like a pot of neck bones.

Good evening,
Pipe of the day in the city, at the riverside. Peterson Donegal with SG Navy Flake.
Just a pic from the riverside.
On the third pic there's Sedov (former Magdalene Vinnen II, Kommodore Johnsen). Built 1920 Germany. LOA 117,5 m. Displacement 7,300 tons. Largest sailing ship of the world today (as far as i know).
