This afternoon's enjoyment was a Savinelli Miele "Honey". A pipe from their "Flavor" series which followed a Coffee and Chocolate release. I got it off of the bay. Tobacco was from the 2006 tin of Erinmore Flake. The flake is a rick smoke and fills your mouth with a sweet flavor with every puff. I like.

Love that series. Nice looking pipes and I believe they all come with a tamper that looks like a honey dripper. Enjoy

Guess it's been a bit since I posted any kind of Pipe sooooo.........
Just sitting here in the wee early morning listening to the birds chirping away and puffing on the end of this here bowl of my beloved Pilots mix AKA McClellends bulk 2000 fragrant matured cake in my Butz Choquine carat pipe. It reminds me of something that a middle earther would smoke out of. Cheers and good morning !

Just my customary first bowl of the day of Bayou Morning in a little Sea Rock. Had these same two yesterday and it was a very disappointing smoke, no flavor. The same combo at dinner time and that was the best smoke in months, fantastic flavor. This mornings is very good also. Still don't understand how at times the flavor is so different when nothing is changed.

I must agree... Maybe it has to do with "attitude" at the time of smoking... (not saying you have a bad one or anything )

Wow if you cant taste Bayou Morning maybe your taste buds need a rest. But the same thing happens to me every now and then. I pack a favorite and it just doesnt do it that day. Taste is funny.

It was just that one bowl, the last two have been great. Next will be either Haunted Bookshop or Old Joe Krantz in a yet to be picked Castello.
