Har har.....it may too late for me then . I'm still eyeballing the peterson dealers out there. I really want a second one. Currently eyeballing all the #999,#80 and other system models. Overwhelming it is. Might have to wait till Christmas bonus time, the Petey Monkey is relentless. Just got some darkhorse house blend from the shop. I think they said it was a mix of dark and light Burleys with a hint of flavor..seems like Vanilla-ish.I'll be breaking out the Petey 317 for it tonight...Cheers all.Name: 001.jpg

Real nice lookin pipe, Brother. Speaking of high vitamin N, no surprises from me this evening Old Joe Krantz in a four digit Woodie. As pleasant as my momentary fling with the stogies was, I do believe that in my heart of hearts I'm just a dyed in the wool pipe guy. I think I may be much better off keeping my "default smoke" as a pipe full of burley and only occassionally reaching for a stogie as a treat on weekends or special occassions. Cigars are good but IMHO, pipes are better.

So far My favorite Pipe Tobacco's are as of right now, McClellands Columbian Mocha, and Mac Barens Chocolate Honey, and when I can get it, occasionaly, Samual Gawiths Chocolate Flake.
Your right, there is a theme there, and yes, chocolate isn't for breakfast any more!!

The other day I picked up 3 Falcan Pipes on e-bay that were is, well, ....sorry shape, I buffed my little heart out, reamed out the bowels, polished the stems and polished the bowel with white tripoli followed by pure canuba wax on a new buff whell, all done, BTW, with a Dremel.
I'll put them up for you to see, Hope you like 'em, I love the cool smoke from a Falcon pipe.
Their shinny now but I plane to smoke off some of that shine this weekend!!
