I play mostly quake 3 in offline mode against bots. I never got into the online gaming because I would waste too much time, whereas now I can sit down and play when I have the time to do so, for as short or long as I like, just for fun.
From time to time I replay the opengl versions of Doom2 or dukenukem 3d.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

So many in fact that I can't find time to play them all. Anyone who wants to add me a a friend is welcome to do so. My psn is x_God_of_Kaos_x I think lol ill have to make sure when I get home.

Not so much a gamer anymore other than some quality time spent with my DS.I do remember a time when I spent nearly 36 hours straight playing Final Fantasy VII trying to breed a gold chocobo.

I use DOSBox for my old Commander Keen games and such, still haven't gotten the original System Shock to run, but my favourite trick was emulating Goldeneye:007 to run in an emulator. I was always terrible with a Nintendo controller since I never owned one, but playing Goldeneye on a PC was great fun. Sadly no multiplayer.

Thanked: 46Heh, since you don't know I'll tell you.
My network consists of five desktop machines (one running, one cofigured with a custom OS for my Uni exercises, the PPro 200 for the hell of it and two dual socket Xeon machines shoe horned into min tower cases), two laptops, my proxy server (another dual socket Xeon that handles web caching, DNS forwarding, content filtering and in-line virus scanning) and two other headless machines I power up for specific jobs (dual core Opterons). Aside from the laptops, every machine is built with salvaged or donated parts, some almost completely. Currently four of those machines run 24/7 doing humanitarian research, all of which are running customised linux distributions, as are most of the rest excluding the PPro and one laptop which belongs to the wife.
You could say I'm not exactly a typical home user.

Holli4pirating,
I love the Dirt series! Other than FPS and some adventure games (like Uncharted 1&2), racing is the rest of what I play. I agree tho. The original Dirt was better than the new ones. If you like that, how about ATV Offroad Fury? Awesome game.
Twisted Metal is coming out soon for PS3!
