The only way to eat a Vegan meal. With bacon! Those Egg muffins or whatever the hell they are look damn good too! Breakfast again in two days. Might have to do something like it...With bacon on the side...And toast...With vegemite...Because it has to have something with 'veg' in it...Makes it healthy...

Thanked: 1185No time for anything fancy this morning but this was good and quick too. Sriracha, egg and cheese on an English muffin. It had kind of a huevos rancheros thing happening
The older I get, the better I was

Hmm...great breakfasts gents.
My take: my usual oats + two breakfast muffins + black coffee.
Bam! Good morning to us.

Kept it nice and simple.
Two Paleo muffins, toast with almond butter and orange marmalade, and my version of London Fog

Super concentrated tea + hot (or steamed milk). This link explains it well.
I don't use the vanilla syrup. Also, I use cashew milk instead of dairy, and chai tea instead of Earl grey.
It is tasty and a bit decadent, especially on chilly mornings.
Has anyone else every tried this, or a variation?

Thanked: 983Why do I never think to take photo's...??? Well anyway, it was nothing exciting or flashy. Just a few rashers of bacon and an egg followed by a cup of instant white coffee (decaff) and a 36km bike ride.
