This mornings breakfast, and this will just about give Steph a fit of giggles I'm sure...Followed by a state of shock and horror. I kick started my day with left over curried chicken sausages and vegetables on toast. I made the curry for the family for last nights dinner. I didn't have any...Bluuurk! This morning though, I had just one bit of toast, slapped on some leftovers and a thin slice of cheese to top it off. Washed down with a white coffee and burned off with a 71km bike ride.

It was a bit of a chicken day today. That was breakfast, and dinner was chicken burgers. Homemade of course. Not that fast food stuff. Lunch was just a mad, ravenous feast of whatever I lay my hungry hands on after that damn ride.

I can't remember ever eating chicken sausage. Some or many mystery meat sausages have chicken in them I sure. I asked my wife if she had ever fed me chicken sausage and she said of course.

I better go exercise my brain. I hope Alzheimer's is not beginning.....

I've had chicken sausage. Not too bad but it can get dry if overcooked.
