Untoasted muesli with blackberry yoghurt and a herbal tea (that tasted like the sweepings off the shearing shed floor, but apparently it's good for me).

I'm a bit lazier than that. I dump some muesli into the bowl put some boiling water in to get it just sitting in the stuff. Let it "cook" for about five minutes. The water gets all soaked up, then I slop on a good helping of yoghurt and mix it all in. Sometimes I drizzle some honey over it, but I'm staying away from sugars of any kind as much as possible. I haven't thought to add cinnamon or anything. Must remember to do that. I add plenty of cinnamon to the fruit smoothies...And a dose of honey too, but I heard honey and cinnamon do good things when combined like that.

You are correct on the honey and cinnamon. And as for the Muesli ,I really love it this way and the cream can be milk or 1/2 n 1/2, kefir or yogurt.....it don't mattuh ! But it's like a cool creamy pudding by morning Mmmmmm.........I'm gonna go make some for tomorrow morning now heh .

Camping/hunting for the last 4 days. Dang near went through a jar of peanut butter making sandwich's for breakfast. My hunting knife didn't get used for it's intended purpose but works well for spreading peanut butter.
