I love those long, slow Sunday breakfasts.
Coffee, 2 soft boiled eggs. rye bread with butter and
cured ham with cherry tomatoes, - spiced herring and - cloudberry jam.
Tomato juice and some more coffee.
Have a blessed Easter.

Still a little too chilly to have breakfast outside on my deck.
Rye bread with butter and spiced herring, cod caviar with cherry tomatoes,
local smoked salmon, 2 soft boiled eggs and coffee.
